I write and use neural networks to create what you see here,. The process I use is similar to deepdream o3o. I really can't draw well, so instead I make glitch art and that sort of stuff.

The image set used in the network to create this is made up of 3,000 images of eyes, noses, and mouths which took about 3 hours to create, tweaking the A.I's brain (parameters) took an additional 5 or so hours.
