When comparing Charkol to most others that Charkols spends time with in some form or another, the charizard is usually on the lower end of the spectrum when it comes to being knowledgeable of tradiations that are often adopted from human civilization. Normally he can glean a few details here and there, but his usual interactions with human-captured pokemon or humans in general are often few and far between. As a result, the tradition of Halloween has never really stuck with the large fire-type, since it's a fairly rare practice for those not living in a town or city anyway.

Regardless of his confusion, when Velvet surprised him with a sudden visit by way of tackling him, he couldn't help but grin as the garchomp was cloaked in fabric that was easily identified to be in his likeness! These days, he doesn't know if Velvet still has the little cape, but he can't help but snicker remembering her in it from time to time!
