My shiny Sylveon OC Rita. I don't have much info on her yet, but her collar determines her battle stance. It glows gold when fully charged and ready to battle, blinks when her health/stamina is low, and the glow disappears when it's off. and will become dim when it needs a recharge. Her neck bow is hidden by her collar and she likes lacey things a d can't battle until she's had coffee, she'll be incredibly tired.
