Re-uploading this because it somehow didn't get uploaded as a sound file last time, so I thought I'd reupload it, but then it turned out the file was too big for WZL so I had just deleted the old one for nothing. OH WELL! This one is Mind Garden and it's about doing some gardening in your mind! It's pretty light, but it does focus on tackling your own negative or unhelpful thoughts and feelings, so if that sounds a bit much for you feel free to avoid this until you feel more up to it. My many apologies for the poor sound quality and occasional clicking, my equipment is.. not great, and I wanted to get this out all in one go so that you guys could FINALLY have another episode. I'm going to beg, borrow, or steal a better mic next time, promise.
