Looking out across the productive, active hive Star buzzed happily, her large wings flickering madly. Being Queen Bee was great, all of engineering, the cargo holds were gone now. Everything below the waterline was now the Hive, all her worker drones were obediently work, work, working away at making more and more of the ship into their productive hive.

It felt good, the toonpaint that had poured into Engineering had taken her and the night crew. For all had been madness then Hans had constructed the idea of bees and she had embraced it!

Leaning on her huge wrench, the sign of her prowess as an engineer and Queen Bee she watched as her bees dragged more crew into the comb cells. Bright puffs of pollen were scattered into the comb with them before they were sealed up with wax. It didn’t take long to transform them, to bring them into the hive. It would stop them from being such unproductive hyperactive toons and turn them into productive, happy bees.

Turning Star watched several of her bees approach, they bowed, “We bzzzzt have found another ship Majesty,”

One of the bees pointed at a large screen that showed another ship riding up and down in the turbulent storm tossed water, “It has crew on it…”

Star stared at the smaller ship then smiled, her mandibles twitching, “Bring them to me”
