Odds are he probably just slipped what with an arrow in the side and all. Captain Weathers I imagine right now is probably rather irritated having an arrow in his own torso. :)

almost looks like the guy at the very back is dead. But I doubt it since you confirmed she's not trying to kill It's probably the badger guy, he must have fallen off his horse. I hope the Captain realizes she wasn't trying to kill them.
