Do you have any family:
I've got my dad, two brothers, five sons, and as of a few days ago seven grandsons. Yeah, they're pretty happy, I can't wait for them to go through what they put me through. It isn't like I can drop by to help, since they live on the west coast. That's right Donald and Daniel are the fathers. No, the moms aren't in the pictures. You'll have to ask them why there's more than one mother. It was their decisions.

Where do you see yourself in 10 years:
Still running my garage. I don't see myself ever stopping. I have twenty-five employees. Yeah, it's pretty large. I have a contract with half a dozen rental agencies for maintaining their fleets, as well as three corporations. No, I don't think I'll be expanding again. I no longer have to feed five extra mouths. I might even start letting it shrink. Give some of the contracts directly to my best employees, let them use that to get their own garages going. I'd like to spend more time getting my hands dirty again. I don't have much time for that right now.

What is your goal:
You do realize that asking me that right after my ten-year plan is a bit redundant, right? Oh, you mean goal for my life? I don't know. Be happy, I guess. Have regular sex.

What obstacles have you had in your life:
Being a single father wasn't something I'd planned for. I mean I knew it was coming, I just thought I had a few more years to get used to it. I didn't expect her to just walk out barely days after giving birth to our youngest. Also raising Damian was its own challenge. How I knew. My family has a history of single fathers. I think grandpa Howard and grandma Melina are the only ones who ever stayed together their entire life. Really? You interviewed him? I'm sorry, you just seem a bit young. I mean he died like twenty years ago, was it a school project? Oh okay, yeah that definitely sounds like him.

How have you overcome them:
I leaned on my family for help with the kids. They were happy to. Bobby loves children. Dad helped too, although after raising the three of us, he wasn't keen on taking on another generation. Damian required a lot of reading. It isn't easy raising someone who is so much smarter than I am, and that doesn't take into account the emotional distance his intelligence brought. He had a tough time getting close to others when he was young, but he managed to grow and adapt.

What are you most passionate about:
Cars. I got that from my dad. He was an amateur mechanic. He liked modifying cars, and I helped out at first but it wasn't long that I was doing most of the work and he was the assistant. Even now, while I don't do much of the mechanical work at the garage I have a few cars at home I'm rebuilding. One's a 58 Cadillac. I've managed to get almost all original parts.

Do you have a pet peeve:
People who don't keep their words, or enter into contract under false pretense. Yeah, my Ex is to blame for this.

What relationship-romantic or otherwise-has been the most significant in your life:
Man, that's a tough one. I mean my family's a no brainer, but if I look back on the whole of it. I think the relationship I develop with Damian was pretty significant. For as smart as he is, he depended on me during this formative years and it forced me to take parenting more seriously. Oh I was an involved dad with my other kids, but they were easy going. Dom did what I told him without arguing, Dietrich mostly did his own thing, and the twins had each other, so yeah, they weren't as intensive as Damian was.

What has been your greatest accomplishment:
My kids. What father isn't going to say they're the greatest thing he's ever accomplished?

Your greatest failure:
I want to say my Ex, but the time we were together was great, and she did give me five wonderful kids. I just wish I'd realized that she was playing me, not that I know what I would have done about it. And to be honest I still don't know if that was her plan from the beginning, or if she just got bored with me. I did love her, a lot. That would be why it hurt so much.

What do you consider your greatest strength:
My ability to adapt. I'll bitch the entire time, but I'll change to keep things working.

Your greatest weakness:

I don't know if it's really a weakness but I do suffer from a 'taking in lost puppies' syndrome, especially at the garage. I can't count the number of guys I've taken in because they'd fallen on hard times, only to have them try to screw me over somehow. You'd think that with my pet peeve, I wouldn't do it anymore, but I just can't help it. Give me a good sob story and I'll give you a try. But I did get a handful of great guys out of it too, so it isn't all bad.

How do you compensate for your weakness(es):

For a while I let Damian handle the hiring, he won't take any bullshit from anyone and he's not afraid of being cold when he has to. But when he left to run his own business, well now, I'm really good at compensating for it.

Are you well-liked? Why or why not? If not, would you want to change that? What changes would you be willing to make:
Has anyone said no to this? Aren't guys way too self-centered to think anyone won't like them?

What one thing is essential to having a good day? Or Describe your hypothetical best day ever:
Give me a nice car to repair or rebuild. Let me start with just the undercarriage of a corvette and I can guaranty that I'll be in heaven for the duration

What is your decision-making process:
Unless I'm given a sob story I'll do my research before acting.

Who do you admire most:
I think Ford was a great man. I mean look at what he built. Until they merged with General Motors, Ford was the dominant car manufacturer in the world.

Which Deadly Sin would you be:
Lust. I'm an Orr, so it's got to be lust. I'm not surprised, we'll all horn-balls.

Who is your role model:
My dad? Grandpa? They both started from little and build much. I don't know I guess I never really used other as template for who I should be.

What is your favorite book:
Any of the Haynes Repair Manuals.

What is your weapon of choice:
Give me a good 2 and 1/4 wrench and I'll knock anyone who wants to cause trouble off their feet.

Don't be a dick.

If you could be in a Disney movie, what would your role be:
To be honest, considering absolutely every hero in those movies are straight, I can't say I'm all that interested in them. If Gaston wasn't such an ass I might be interested in being his side kick. I don't remember his name, just that he was about the only gay character in any of those movies.
