silverkitsu has got me working once again! This was part of a 15-minute themed challenge, which was "underwater".

This character is based, with permission, off of stampy's Vapour, with of course my own signature twist on the character to make her unique.

Thalassa is a matron of the deeps, the khoran Primarch of the Okeanos element. Though steady and sure much of the time, deep within her is conflict and terror unimaginable. These feelings surge like a leviathan to the surface when she must perform her duty. Here, as she did thousands of years ago, she enforces the old Arcadian fishing rights edicts, destroying any trespassers upon the lands of her ancient forebears...
