No one know how or what they do. This young college girl walking direct into Predarap main hang out leaves alot of thug watching. She directly walks up to the green gargoyle (WildClaws) and a hulking shark (Samual). She explains her life and how she wants to be better.
The PR change affects people so no one know the change has happen and people think it's alwaybeen like that. But she is alot happy...and meaner...and alot tougher...
