I don't get what you're supposed to do I keep getting stuck in the secret passage.

  You can't get stuck, when you're in the secret passage you can just go back to the temple or some other room.

      Oh, well, you open the door by fixing the pipes. And you fix the pipes by finding the stuff to fix it with. And how you do that is the puzzle :P

        It should be pretty obvious, the game basically dangles the thing you need to stick in the hole in front of your face.
