Okoru [Jolteon] -hates- being called cute. So when Pearl [Meowth] found a cuteness potion she couldn't resist disguising it as a potion and sprinkling them all. Blossom [Weedle] happened to be hanging out with Naia [Dratini] that day and got caught. Blossom is so much smaller because she is a non-anthro pokemon. :)
