As VT is still in feature freeze waiting for a release date, I chose to spend last week working on something else I've been wanting to create. This time it's a set of models, which me and other Blender artists can use for Cycles renders and animations... expect to see them around! I'll be posting both the nude and censored versions in this gallery for consistency.

Basically I took the wolf created by Untied Verbeger (CC0) and made a heavily modified set of 3 characters; Currently it only includes female versions, but features an anthro wolf + fox + cat. They are not the same models from VT, as those are too different from the original (simple rig, low-poly, no fur particles) so I had to do the anatomy modifications from scratch. They do however use the remixed textures I made for VT, which includes color maps that can be customized from the material settings... other than that they contain particle hair, and in the next update I plan to add physics setting as well as optional male bits. The character designs were also created by me and are freely licensed like the rest of the model, meaning both myself and others are free to draw or render them though crediting back is appreciated... wolf and cat are rather new, though I believe most of you already recognize the red vixen from my drawn stuff.

If you're a Blender artist, please give them a try and let us know what you create with them! I did my best to keep the materials top-notch and, dare I say, I think I've gotten surprisingly close to a Zootopia feel and level of quality here. However please note that due to the vast amount of fur particles, one character takes approximately 3.4GB of memory to render... if you find this to be too much for your system, you can enable Simplify in the scene panel and set Child Particles to a lower threshold (0.5 should still look good).

Lastly remember that this wouldn't have been possible without Untied Verbeger's incredible wolf model, which he was generous enough to release under a free license thus making this as well as the Vore Tournament player models a reality. Much of the credit goes to him, and if you want to support his work then please consider commissioning him (if and when he's open for that).
