The Empire is a totalitarian regime based on human racial nationalism, though they added ethnic nationalism against other human civilizations like its southern neighbor, Dominio di Seilles. Over 20 years, it expanded its borders by invading weaker nations, where its current lines end at the edge of the Anachim Caliphate, whose borders were reinforced by international forces of the Global Peace Organization (GPO), the Terrean equivalent of the United Nations. To keep up with their economy & war machine, they resorted to slavery of the non-human populations from occupied territories.

Because the majority of the Empire is geographically mountainous, the Imperial Army soldiers are mostly a light infantry with medium caliber weaponry for longer ranges, and their operational ranges usually extend no further than a single cluster of mountains, relying on aircraft to go further distances.
