A simple ref sheet for Zelia, another Ponyfinder character of mine.

She's the twin sister of Aidan. She's quiet and fierce but also stubborn and proud. She isn't really interested in making friends with other ponies unless they prove to be useful or impress her with their strength. In many ways, she's more religious than her brother, although she shows it more through action than through faith and prayer.

As a zebra, she didn't fit in, so she mostly stuck with learning things from her dad and mom. She loved to read stories about her father's adventures, but slowly became convinced that he would have been stronger if he had followed the Night Mare more fully. She eventually found a way to get the Night Mare's attention and made a deal. She asked for the strength to strike fear into the hearts of other ponies and the power to break down the pride of the weak ponies who rule only by riches or birthright. The Night Mare led her away from home and to other evil druids that taught her their ways. After that, the Night Mare tested her resolve in other ways. Her leather armor bears the bloodstains of former foes, but none can say whether the blood comes from beasts or ponies.

Her missions for the Night Mare eventually led her into a conflict with the city guard of Viljatown. Rather than back down, she took them on while her other companions escaped. She was thrown in jail but given a second chance because of who her parents are. If she served the queen well in the new group the queen was forming, her crimes would be forgiven. Zelia thought it was the perfect way to serve the Night Mare as one of her few servants in this new group.
