The largest creature in existence on Graboondo. They bash through the ice with their skulls to suck down any unlucky critters... and to open emergency breathing holes. Adults use their tusks and claws to climb onto ice shelves to bask in the twin suns. Taigins born off planet think they are cute and cuddly while those living on planet see them as nightmare fuel. Taigins are strong enough to lift babies from the ice. Baby Togo is a delicacy.

Very dangerous. Avoid at all costs.

Azorrans have them under special protection to prevent sport hunting by off-planet visitors. Taigins are the only ones allowed to hunt them.

I'll have to draw an adult and a baby at some point. This one is still too cute to be considered a full adult. Full adults are basically giant scary rectangles. Babies are small, cute white balls of fat. Inspiration came from pinnipeds, manatees, hippos, whales, and a few extinct marine reptiles. One of these days I'll correct the anatomy. It's totally screwed up.
