Small bits of candy were stuck in his fur
To those who watch, the small pup was a blur.
Making his way to the last food to be seen
He would not rest till the last plate was clean.

He coated his face, and filled up his belly
Gurgling the food to a much thicker jelly.
He was round and plump, quite like a ball
He devoured it all, despite being so small.

The small dog approached, the one final treat
A fountain of chocolate, just oh so sweet.
Wasting no time, he swallowed it quick
Drinking every last drop, his throat nice and slick.

His belly bulging out, to hold all this food
Down in the depths, where all the treats stewed.
Grumbling and gurgling as the pup feasted on
If the chocolate would last, he’d go on till dawn.

Swallowed more and more, as fast as he could
Until the fountain would stop flowing for good
But he couldn’t get it all, in his starving maw
For the flow was larger, then the width of his jaw.

Down to the table, some fell with a splat
Pooling beneath him, almost forming a mat.
Clinging to his fur, stuck almost like glue
Now he could be added to the next fondue.

In just a few moments, the fountain was drained
Deep in the bulging belly; the pup had obtained.
Now the food of the season was all but finished
But the shadox’s appetite had not yet diminished.

He rolled to his side, no longer able to stand
Yet his size, he wished even more to expand.
But the food was done, till this time next year
What he would do until then, was still unclear.

He head his rose up, and gave a smile to all
Now quite filled up, and not nearly as small.
He opened his mouth, and hollered with might
Happy Christmas to all, and to all a good night!

<3 <3 I might be a bit late for holiday things, but I'll still celebrate to my fullest! This is one of a series of three images originally drawn by   imperfectflame to help me celebrate the season! I'm coloring them myself. :3 As well as trying to write cute little poems to go with each~

Some of you may remember in the past when I became a micro Charmeleon here and there and stuffed myself via normal-sized meals. I've wanted to reboot this idea with my new canine self for a while now, and Flame helped me get the idea off the ground with three Christmas meals! ^^

Whew! Just a LITTLE too late completing this to post this for the end of the holidays, but that's okay. Happy New Year everybody! <3 I had a lot of fun with this one...I just LOVE big sticky messes, I think! Chocolate fountains are great partners to this goal~
