Books are a bit antiquated in this day and age of tablets and computers, but if any species could appreciate older practices, it would most certainly be the long-lived dragons. Rackle the black dragon found a nice spot to lounge upon during his own reading endeavor, in which he's currently learning much about draconic paws - far more than he could learn just from looking at his own, I would gather!

This was a coloring commission I did for   Krown, starring one of Krown's dragon-characters. ^^ The original artist of this piece is   dragonlovers.

This was deceptively difficult to color. Though a simple scene, the lines were so precise that I had to really take my time to ensure a clean coloring job. I think it looks rather lovely though, in the end. The shading was quite a lot of fun, what with the original artist's good sense of musculature that allowed me to thus learn a bit more about anatomy as I went. Learning is fun, whether from reading a paw-book or from working on an art project! :3
