Here's the guy wearing the black biker scout helmet ( a.k.a. Scout Trooper helmet ) from " Rogue One ". He was part of Saw Garerra's partisans or militia or cadre or whatever the best term is for Saw Gererra's army on Jedha. He doesn't seem to have a name yet and the Interweb doesn't seem to know of his existence so, I will call him, * trumpets heralding *, Rekib Tuocs! * GONG! * He's got a few scenes in the movie and even says " Sir " in a different language, but other than that, nothing. I had to do lotsa DVD pausing cuz that's the only reference I could find.
