Walking softly behind her mother's footsteps, Cheskia couldn't help
but started to nag her mother. Growing anxious to see her father for the first time.
Her winged mother often talks about how she met her father yet feels wary
of having her own daughter meet him. Her mother described him...a giant
among all things. Yet, gentle that he wouldn't dare to hurt anybody from just a look in the eye.
"Are we going to see him yet? Why do have to go this far to see daddy?"

"Because, I want to make sure...nobody is around to see him." There was a worried doubt in her mind.
Afraid of her own child be scared of how incredibly big he is compare to her. Although,
Cheskia on the other hand don't feel like she should be terrified.
But the thing is...

He's not a katakit.

They saw a black dark shadow in the open view and it grew larger as it walked closer.
Cheskia at first was startled at how large it is. "Mommy..."

"It'll be fine...he won't hurt us." Felicity calmly said.

As the large creature appear he calmly lean over to gently sniffed Cheskia.
Josiah gave a faint smile, though to Cheskia the 'mustache' seemed
like he's always smiling at her.

"D-d-daddy?"

"Yes?" He answered.

The small katakit couldn't believe her very own eyes. Her father is incredibly huge!
Different...yet her mother seemed to love him despite such massive difference.
There were a bit of so many questions she wanted to ask.

Chuckling Josiah looked down at Felicity. "So this is Cheskia. Your mommy feared
that you would run off from the sight of me. Well, it did surprised me you didn't;
atleast unlike your mother." he joked.

Felicity crook her mouth, her ears and back frill leaned back. "That isn't funny Josiah."

"I am joking, no harm done dear." He insisted. "I'm sure your daughter have a lot
of questions about me. Don't you dear?"

Cheskia nodded.

"Now then shall we spend our time together as family back at home?" Their daughter gave
a groan but he chortle once more. "Cheskia you can ride on my back if it's a long way from
home; you are a little one afterall."

"REALLY!?" Cheskia said excitedly as she pounced over to her father.

"Yes."

"Piggyback piggyback!" exclaimed Cheskia circling around her father.

Josiah grabbed by the neck and had her ride on top of his back. Felicity
was rather astounded how well the katakit was able to conquer her fear
fairly easily. It did occur that Cheskia isn't shy and timid about herself. Able
to be good around her aunt Jasmine too when she comes over to babysit with
her.

As they reached to their home, Josiah was able to answer most of her questions
and played with her daughter. Felicity sighed remembering the day in her cave it was
pretty empty...now it was filled with gifts and furniture from her friends and family,
even strangers of all things. If it wasn't for her own goal of having more friends she
would've lead a very lonely life indeed. She wouldn't had met Josiah...if he didn't
spot her. Having her own daughter be with her made the void filled complete.

Although, there is one goal she felt she needed to complete...
is to make potions for the need to help others.

Yes her home has grown a lot. At first it was really
empty because she has left her old home to start things
new with her life and be more open to herself with others
and her own species as well. Hence why the diary and able
to adopt a daughter of her own. Cheskia is co-own by me
