Malphas the badger-magpie demon: a character design commission project for Deo. He’s a chatty old fellow who spins a good yarn, but keep your guard up! I went with the idea that (in bipedal form) his wings take on a more symbolic look, and when he’s a beast they actually work as wings. Each pose can be viewed individually via the tumblr post here.
