triptych [TRIP-tick]: (n.) a work of art that is divided into three sections

drawing-a-day #6~8. this was supposed to be an exercise in value, lighting, blending, and shading, but somehow it turned into three

originally the third one was supposed to be a counterpart to the first one, a landscape done in shades of white

but after getting hellacious eyestrain i drew a building instead

p.sure someone's gonna accuse me of ripping 'em off with that third one but it's such a plain, generic idea i think i can make a p.good case against it

besides, it's not like i'm making any money here

although i may be the first "artist" so shitty as to make the middle panel the SMALLEST of the three. usually it's the largest.
