I really thought I'd be at this place in the story 4 pages ago. Damn.
But as I am drawing the comic I learned that I have to make compromises between length/story development/character development.

It is a great exercise and I am glad I have opted for this simple look to speed things along. I know already so many things I'd do differently. One thing I am definitely doing now is hand lettering. I think my handwriting is readable. Or at least I hope.

I wanted to just make a font with my handwriting, but I can't get the kerning right on those automatic software things. And then I'd have to correct every single thing I type which kinda beats the purpose. I'd be willing to pay someone to turn my handwriting into a font if you know how to do these things.

Anyway. I hope you enjoy. With the next page I will finally be able to dive into the lore of the setting :3
