I used to avoid Shimajiro due to the large number of nauseating toilet training material he’s part of. However, his regular show is actually alright and I like it. He has a little sister, who possibly wears a diaper, but I haven’t seen her in one yet.

So I thought I’d doodle a picture of him in a thick Japanese diaper. I love how it turned out. Though his eyes look a little weird.

While he doesn’t wear a diaper in the show, he has been seen in white briefs a few times and he looks just as cute in them as well.
