One of the more unusual concepts I came up with for this pool area was to build the high-dive platforms into a gigantic statue of some kind. The general pose was worked out and then made into a quick test. Which I rigged up this quick, in-software .gif

Unfortunately, the statue doesn't really feel like it fits well with the space. It just kinda is there, and doesn't feel like it's part of it. I think I'm going to have to come up with a different approach...
