Tbh Mettaton NEO is exactly what would happen if I created an Ultimate Human Eradication Robot like he'd just be some weird thing designed to look like my fav anime character at the cost of any actual combat ability haha

I tried to draw NEO so that he looks like if you poke him he'll fall apart, I interpret his battle image as having detached legs at least so I was like "hey why not detach everything" and uh this happened
