While many other artists always seem to be drawing cool characters in cool situations, it seems I'm always the kind of person to be inclined to draw stuff like this. It's like of all the ideas I get, the ones that appeal to me most are the ones that are the most messed-up. Anyway, I guess I've been on quite a bovine kick lately and the idea here kind of came from seeing some other artists' cow characters and thinking they looked pretty cute (and I'd say this was also somewhat inspired by a certain episode of The Simpsons; it wouldn't be the first time I've made a reference to it...). For this pic, I also wanted to try out a new set of drawing pens as well as have a go at drawing more varied hairstyles that actually look like hair as opposed to just fur on top of the head.
