I haven't drawn a couple together in a while. Mostly, because I draw on paper, and 8.5 x 11 is a small area to work in. But I do enjoy drawing couples when I can make it work.
Besides, I need to draw Red more often. He definitely needs the love! And what better way to show Red some love than by drawing him with the lady he loves.. my character Jamey.
Here Red and Jamey are just enjoying a cute date in the outdoors. Perhaps the back 40 of a pasture, or a park?
I went a bit simple with the background because I didn't feel like slaving on a background for another 2 days.

I had fun with their outfits :) I wanted to draw them both in the sort of clothes they'd wear on a regular day out. For both of them, these are their casual outfits. I wear clothes similar to what Red wears when I'm out and about.. and I dress like Jamey when I'm at home blush
And ya, I felt I needed to start giving red shoes more often. Got to protect his hooves from scuffs and cracks! :)

It definitely seems like everyday clothes for them. :) I know the feeling, I'm pretty much the same way with my clothes. ;)
I've always loved horse shoes on anthros. Something about it's just sexy. :)

I love both of their outfits. Red's clothes are something I might actually wear. Love that he has horse shoes too!
