Commission Info for 2016.

Changes: mostly how I do comics and some slight price increases. Nothing major.

Terms of Service Rules:

1. I reserve the right to turn down a commission

2. I will give updates throughout making the piece. If you have changes you want, let me know as soon as possible. If you do not reply within 24 hours of receiving an update, I may continue to work on it if I do not have others I can move on to. Changes after this point may result in additional charges.

3. Please try to map out how much you think the commission will be priced so as not to be surprised when I tell you.
