"I drew this up to celebrate the news about Earthbound Beginnings, AKA "Mother" finally being released on the Wii U virtual console. Ness and Lucas are here congratulating Ninten for finally getting some recognition.
Ninten's design is based on a mix between his clay model and the child actor who plays as him in the original Japanese commercial for Mother.

I don't actually know this specific joke, but I think I can take a guess, since I'm aware of the theories surrounding Giygas. I assume you might be referring to the fetus/uterus theory, or something similar to it?
