//////////

The Hatching is a track composed with a precise timeline in mind. I wanted to display a wide panel of techniques and capacities of the "cinematic" orchestra, not limiting to the overused "epic" music.

The overture displays the hatching of a phoenix in his nest, followed by his adventures on various places and situations. But life isn't always easy, even for a phoenix, and sometime, death is waiting around in the corner.
But as you know, phoenixes always rebirth from their ashes...

That piece is the result of a loooong break in composing, studying great composer scores (can you feel those James Horner and John Williams influences ? :-P) and ultimately trying to improve my MIDI programming skills. I do believe I've level'd up since my last couple of compositions.
This will be performed by an orchestra eventually. I've been contacted by a conductor from Paris to get in touch with conductors and performers. I'll upload something once a proper recording is done !
I hope you'll enjoy one of my greatest work, if not -the- greatest, so far !

Enjoy The Hatching of the Phoenix !

Note : I have contacted FelonDog on Furaffinity to make a cover artwork for it and she was kind enough not only to accept, but to give herself fully into it and dealing with my diva expectations.
We might be doing some collaborative commissions in the near future. Stay tuned ! <3

    I love music that tells a complete story, and this does an excellent job of that! I can't wait to hear a real orchestra play this! I also think your break from composing was quite effective, this is definitely one of the best pieces I've heard from you :)

      I am glad that this hard work paid off. A praise from a musician is always encouraging, especially when coming from estimed musicians. Thank you very much.
      I will provide better musics in the future
