The life of a warrior-chef means constant travel. Even if she naturally has no trouble staying fed on the road, other supplies are always an issue. The wagon needs maintenance, armor, weapons, and cutlery need to be replaced, and non-local ingredients need to be restocked. This means having to negotiate with half the town, trading her findings and experience and surplus stock for the supplies to keep going. Sometimes, that means having to convince a merchant that your product is only garbage because they haven't learned how to cook it yet, and that the extra few gold for lessons will pay for itself.

Unsurprisingly, an eight-foot wolfcow who can bellow in stereo and lift half the store over her heads usually finds herself on the better side of a deal.
