Gorbodus Bonyoto is the cruel, selfish, hotheaded warden of a heavy duty intergalactic prison.

Gorb is a workaholic that is extremely dedicated to his job despite being involved with secret seedy pirate activity to make some extra cash. He’s in for it more for the thrill of imprisoning and executing prisoners than any sense of justice or good, and often uses his position as persuasion to get what he wants. He is somewhat feared on his home planet and nearby planets and everyone knows that doing him wrong is almost guaranteed to get you thrown in jail.

Gorb is 100% concerned only with looking out for number one and doesn’t have a generous bone in his body. He has an inflated ego and has zero tolerance for disrespect. He expects and enforces everyone that works for him to adhere to his rules perfectly and so working at his jail can be absolute hell if you’re not totally dedicated to it. Gorb is rarely completely satisfied and usually the best anyone can do is not piss him off as much as they could.

He is extremely temperamental and able to flip a shit at the drop of a hat, another reason why working for him is terrible! It’s like walking on eggshells with this guy, except that also pisses him off because he doesn’t appreciate people pussyfooting around. Gorb is very loud and ALMOST ALWAYS YELLING. The colour of his skin correlates directly with his mood and while naturally he’s meant to be a deep blueish, he very rarely dips cooler than an orange or red shade.

He’s known Lillian since they were both children (their parents worked together at the prison before), and he’s pretty much hated her right from the start. Everything about Lil drives him absolutely fucking bonkers and it’s a miracle she’s managed to keep her job and not get thrown in jail, or worse. Before Gorb’s dad died he begged his son to be nice to Lil and let her have a job there when she was old enough, and upholding that promise (minus the first part) is probably the only noble thing Gorb’s ever done in his life.

Gorb only sleeps when he passes out from exhaustion and his only clothes are 5 copies of his work uniform. He barely gives himself any free time and there is almost no joy in his life that doesn’t come from the suffering of others, but he can on rare occasions be caught zoning out with games like space invaders or pac-man.
