Hey guys! DRAGONS.

Here's a water dragon! It's themed after an otter. Originally I was going to give it bio-luminescent markings but decided to stick with regular otter colouring and add the glowy parts to the end of its whiskers instead :) He's playful and an awesome swimmer, but those fish should probably consider swimming elsewhere!

This was my monthly Patreon piece for February, voted for by Patrons, I had intended to upload it publicly at the end of March but I was crazy busy, sorry about that!
