Perry and his younger sister, Gwynn, awkwardly contemplate the fruit of one of their "for old time's sake" romps. They really should have remembered she was off her contraception since her marriage.

This is the sum total of Perry and Gwynn's stork summoning relationship. No romance, no coition, no soppy sentiment so prevalent in pornography. Just the occasional consensual futter with a convenient partner to take the edge off. They are siblings after all, with all the rivalries, spats, teasings, and Westermarck effect that entails. I think pornographers tend to overlook that, perhaps because the majority of them don't have siblings and thus don't realize just how squicky siblings would be towards incest, and perhaps because they feel it makes better story material.

That it wasn't until after Gwynn's marriage that she got pregnant with her daughter can be attributed to taking contraceptives like the pill, which prevent pregnancy by fooling the body into thinking it's already pregnant. (They also make women more attracted towards personalities similar to their family members (those who would help protect her during pregnancy) instead of those they're not (with whom they'd be likely to not share much genetic material.) Whether the little girl really is Perry's is actually still up in the air (how would they find out without spilling the beans anyway?), but it seems likely that the two siblings didn't learn their lesson the first time.

In short, I think a sibling incestual relationship wouldn't be as romantic as furry pornography would have us believe. And a PG-rated "Doin' It Wonky" just looks weird.
