So I have been in a little bit of an animal mood drawing wise lately. I also have pencil sketched a cat. This has taken me quite a few days to do because of the detail. It did start off as a general cyber goth style picture, however because I realised how close we were to the leap day, I thought it would be good to add a few extra details and make it themed.

Yeah, that is perfectly fine. I am pretty sure Weasyl have a collab feature, but I am not sure how that works. However yeah, as long as credit is given, I am happy for you to colour it. So sorry this is a really late response too, I have been doing a lot of internetting on my phone lately.
