Your application of these principles really show through in your latest pictures and it's definitely apparent in the example here. The one on the right isn't 'bad' but the left one is slightly more pleasing to the eyes.
now stare at the center between them and cross your eyes, you'll witness Secret Value Color Fusion Curly. or maybe you won't witness that at all, and just hurt your eyes.
I never could figure out how to properly view those kinds of optical illusions, but I'll be darned if I'm not suddenly curious about actually making a 3D curly that way.
