Painted Bust Commission for MaxisOp of FurAffinity of Tara, the Staraptor!

Realistic Pokemon, ftw! Always fun to work on these guys in my style, and an avian, to boot. :> Tara here is very pretty - it was a lot of fun working on sooo many little feathers. I tried to make the ones on her face and neck sleeker and with less contrast compared to the ones on her wing shoulder.
