I see someone else finds the American style of flat, white things, giant televisions above the fireplace, stainless steel appliances, and granite counter-tops distasteful.

I like how these are mostly about fairly mundane things -- walking a dog, buying dogfood, taking a drive -- and then only at the very end you throw in some words about the paranormal.
