This is 'Panda' from my 'Project Epsilon' webcomic. You may notice that she is in fact a mountain lion and not a panda at all, she was just called that out of sheer perversity. It's short for Pandora. She is a member of Seme clan, which has taken in many refugees from clans that were nearly destroyed in the wars. It is likely that Pandora is descended from such. Seme clan members have an affinity for despair and as such Pandora tends to be a bit mopey and dresses all goth.

As mentioned, Panda is one of the minor characters in my Epsilon Project comic. Her primary purpose seems to consist of being appalled by the things Richard says, but she does also get the odd break.
