Story:
Temara was once a beloved princess of a great nation until it was discovered that she had the ability to control fire. Rather than protect her, she was ousted by her only family, her elder brother, and wandered the desert for quite some time before she was captured into The Guardian Corps.

WOO! So this was a happy accident. What was supposed to be a warmup ended up a finished pic. I didn't bother inking and just cleaned up the sketch. I had been seeing a lot of artists who draw black hair use this technique of only retaining the outline rather than draw each strand of hair. Pretty fun! I've been rearranging the story a bit to add some turmoil and gasp suffering D: Don't worry though, she makes out of this alive.. barely.

EDIT: Changed a couple things that were bugging me. Made the lighting a bit more intense and fixed her pupils ._.
