Who knew that Powerpuff girl outfits would ride up so much in real life?

It was suggested to me in one of my previous streams to draw Katie and Jing's Jemma cosplaying as the Powerpuff girls. I'd been wanting to draw Jemma for months now so I jumped at the chance to try my hand at it.

Will Katie and Jemma be able to wear such short skirts? Will they make it to the convention in time? Who will be dressed as Buttercup? Will Katie EVER be able to wear more than her underwear!?
