Part of a commission for Kennethbear on FA- thank you!

While this is certainly a Pokemon, this isn't actually one of the sale sprites. However, I am giving a discount on any Pokemon-themed commission right now. I'm not at all familiar with newer generation Pokemon (and by newer I mean anything past gen 1, 'cause I'm cool like this).

This sprite in particular is a custom one made by kid1513 on DeviantArt, I believe. That's what the filename leads me to believe at least. It looks almost glittery in this picture.
