Pennies-to-Dimes was actually the first God of the Wheel I came up with, after waking up from a peculiar dream in which a deity had died and somehow rendered all fossil fuel worthless. I decided to roll things together a little and basically make him the god of choice for corporate fatcats, tycooneers, and rich jerks who feel they owe society nothing. Still, he's more fun to be around than Ferrixor.
