Deveraux is the smooth fox terrier, Pacer is the vizsla. These are friends of Kubba.

These kids ain't for the squeamish. They are both very heavy drinkers, partial to cigarettes, and they can't keep their hands to themselves. Basically they listen to too much swing & jazz. The two of them spend a great deal of time at night clubs, The Gilded Petal during events, and other such party atmospheres. Neither of them are quite as rich and formal as Kubba, but they're well to do. Dishonesty is their calling and they do have a nasty habit of coercing others into their bed(s) with large amounts of alcohol. They're nasty fellows, but they know how to have fun (typically at the expense of others).

Individually, Pacer is much more reserved than Deveraux, though not shy by any stretch of the imagination. He is also physically stronger, more confrontational, and more loyal. Deveraux has even fewer morals, he is manipulative, insensitive and sneaky. He is very easily distracted, which can be a lifesaver if ever involved in a situation with him. However, if he has a goal and Pacer by his side to keep him focused, Deveraux always gets his way.

Best to separate them whenever possible. So toxic.
