Here is a landscape for July's concept batch. I wanted to portray settlements and villages to secure the look of their culture better, but was having a hard time doing small sketches. I managed to click with a large city scene that you don't find very often on Lai'ere (about half as many as Earth's capitols) with a unique adaptation to a sink hole connected to a beach. Smaller villages wont boast as much technology as these science oases, and this city goes much further under water and into the cliff, but that will have to be shown another time!
