Having just got my art supplies back (they were lost for over 3 months if you can believe!) I found myself wanting to get back to the roots -- traditional mediums. This was going to be the way I approached an upcoming art trade with another furry. Worse came to worse, if I really wasnt up to the task or just could not get some actual technique to my traditional medium works, I would simply use the digital image to fall back on.

This is one of my practices for just getting the basic idea of where extreme shadow and the highlights would fall upon Rozga's fur. I had this image found on the internet to use as the overall reference
