Oooh!
He's simple, but less is definitely more! I'd be able to differentiate him from other polar bears just by looking at his face, as well as by observing his personality. His outfit and the way you've accessorized him is pretty neat, too!
My only complaint is that his torso seems a little bit long, but considering the species, I wouldn't be surprised if that was your intention.
