A summary of some minor changes since the last announcement:
The file size limit for visual submissions is now 50 MB instead of 10 MB!
There’s a more informative look for journal pages that includes dates and previews
It’s now possible to follow people before getting verified

That sounds like a very good improvement. For a while there I had trouble submitting my works, but I'm glad you fixed that problem.
Really? Huh. I've been saving PNGs as 8-bit to make them smaller. With this new image limit in place,
I'm still gonna do that. :-D
