      I'd start with a white lion avatar - we have one in Luskwood - and then trim the mane down (or remove it and replace it with hair more like your character there). The markings would probably require help from the av-maker (that'd be me if you went with one of ours, I'm not sure how much modification the other avmakers do) but it looks like a pretty simple customization so it wouldn't run you too steep ;)
