          I went back a lot in the browsing history on here and I saw one of your artworks. I think it was the painting of Caroline? The kitty? I decided to follow you because I well of course liked your painting and some of the other works. + I know some people crave for others to like their art because it keeps them going, I am one of those people. If people don't like my art and I can't make a career out of it I wouldn't bother posting my pictures online. I can't really keep or get a job due to my chronic depression and social anxiety or you know just purely my anxiety all together. Also I like watching people grow, fix their mistakes become a better artist. Nothing is a greater high than someone excitedly posting something they put their heart and soul into and I think everyone should be noticed. Everyone deserves a favorite or a follower because deep down inside they want someone to appreciate their artwork. It's different from getting a compliment from a family member, it still feels good. But when you open your browser and a complete stranger tells you your art is great or follows you it sends off a fire work of emotion and happiness and makes you all fired up! .....sorry I think I ranted too much..... hides

            Oh wow you actually hit the nail on the head. A major reason why you see gaps in my art right now is I'm stuck in a "why bother, no one cares" mode. No one ever commented or followed me that much if at all, and it really bothered me to spend so much time on something for it to get no recognition. I came from the days of Sheezyart where everyone made a large community and encouraged each other to keep going and do fun things like draw each others characters. I definitely will have to give you a follow too as I'd love to help you with your stuff as well, I think more people need to do stuff like this on weasyl in order for it to form a solid community.

            And don't worry about ranting too much, it was all solid and made a ton of sense. I often rant too lol. No worries~ <3
